Chipping off 12kg of unwanted weight & giving him some huge visible improvements along with being the fittest he’s been in a long time.

Because he has a routine that works for him around work and a hectic life with a young family.
Workouts have been shorter but intense as we’ve been squeezing them in on a few lunch breaks 🏋🏼♀️.
