OK so I’ve been put on a diet & I’m struggling with it. 6 weeks in & no changes other than being lactose free, gluten free, processed free & most other FREE’S available 🤬
The big bonus is I’m allowed to consume oats, syrup & butter soo …..it’s time to enjoy flapjack, granola homemade with some added allowed nuts & seeds along with cranberries

Grey skies bring some much needed fuel for my roses & verbenas
The bees & butterflies have loved it, I love the fact that the verbena is popping up all around the space giving it a natural feel & a home for the wildlife 🐝 🦋

HELLO EVERYONE

Apologies for not posting any content for a while, I have been out of HQ ( Rachel’s Room ) for some time
Lovely & tidy in there right now !!!

I have however been working behind the scenes on new ideas, writing lists & schedules

Had a different view the last few days, it didn’t stop me or Bee though
We packed up & had an adventure by the sea 🌊
Plenty of sewing was done, not that Rosie was bothered by it, she just needed her cuddles, food & the sofa to sleep on 🐾
I however multitasked getting projects done, starting new ones & watched plenty on you tube & Netflix 💻

Time to get the needles out & do a little hand sewing to finish off the latest makes 🪡
Tomorrow brings a new week with new challenges & a one off dress ( hope I have enough denim )
