Happy Sunday everyone!!

We hope you've enjoyed your week as much as we have here at Edward House.

We started our week off with Monday morning Bingo and then we danced the day away when we enjoyed live singing where everyone got up and had a dance! We had fun decorating our lounge and dressing up for 'America Day' and much more!.

Due to some technical difficulties we weren't able to post any photos from the last couple of weeks -so let's catch up on what we've been up too 😉

We celebrated Halloween by dressing up and having a spooktacular party 🎃 and enjoyed the lovely vocal talents of a local performer Abby Fell.

We decorated our lounge for Remembrance Day and watched the Memorial Parade.

We've started a monthly knitting club to get a jump start on making some Christmas decorations!

And of course we've enjoyed bowling, bingo, keep fit classes and much more!

Keep an eye out for details about our upcoming Christmas Party in December and how you can get your hands on some raffle tickets!

Hello everyone!!!

We have been up to all sorts over the past couple of weeks.

We have had bingo golden hat winners, arts and crafts to decorate our lounge for Autumn, puzzles and board games and even went out for a cheeky pub lunch!!! 😀

A big hit was our makeover morning where some of our residents got to have their makeup done! 💄 😊 and decided whether their new looks were a 'hit' or a 'miss'.

Hello everyone!!!

As it's been a couple of weeks since our last post, let me update you on some of the things we've been up too.

We enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea at the Kings Weald Community Centre and enjoyed the live music and singing from a local school/singer.

We had plenty of Golden Hat winners when we've played bingo, bowling and board games!

We would like to thank everyone who came to our Macmillan Coffee Morning today!!!

We raised £120 which will support this amazing charity and all the work they do for those affected by cancer.

Thank you all for your generosity and kindness and we hoped you all enjoyed the cakes and live music!!! 😊

Not long now until our Coffee Morning!!!

We would love to see you there and any donation given big or small will make a huge difference 😊

This Friday 26th September 9.45am to 11.00am tea/coffee and cake to be served and music by a local flutest will perform from 10.15am to 10.45am

Macmillan Cancer Support is an amazing charity and we are looking forward to contributing to the amazing work they do.

Happy Friday everyone!!!

We celebrated all things Mexican this week with our Mexico morning on Wednesday. We enjoyed games, dressing up, great food a few cheeky mocktail margaritas!!! 🍹

A good time had by staff and our lovely residents 😊

Just a gentle reminder that we are hosting a charity morning at the end of this month!

We will be raising funds for MacMillan Cancer Support by having a coffee and cake morning and enjoying the musical talents of a local flutest.

We would like to say a massive thank you to everyone who came to our Summer BBQ yesterday!

We had fantastic sunshine and enjoyed the BBQ in our garden, followed by some fantastic singing from Abby Fell.

Thank you to anyone who bought a raffle ticket as all the funds raised goes towards activities for our residents.
