📚When you learn to drive a car you have an instructor...learning a trade, you have a teacher...even elite athletes have coaches and analysts, but for some reason when it comes to working out at a gym many people don't seek help. This can result in poor form, inefficiencies and potentially INJURY!

Our PTs are here to coach you, guide you and ensure correct form. They're here to guide you through your workout and keep that motivation high just when you're thinking of stopping early. They're here to educate you on your workout and why we designed your programme the way it is. All of this is to ensure you have an enjoyable workout, are well educated and most importantly, hit those targets that you set!💥

😮 Have you avoided gyms due to fear of overcrowding, long queues for machines or the constant pestering of "when will you be finished with this machine". These are unfortunately common grumbles that we hear from new enquiries. People are fed up of busy commercial gyms, sure they may be cheaper, but your workout out ends up being 3x longer than it needs to be and you never fully complete it how you would like.

Here at Phoenix we only ever have 4 people MAX per small group PT session. If you book 1on1 PT you sometimes even have the WHOLE GYM TO YOURSELF!!! That gives you the freedom to not only workout efficiently, but also most effectively.

Looks who's joining Phoenix! For those who don't know, James's younger brother Phil has been in the Czech Republic for the past 15 years training top 10 strongman Ondřej Fojtů! With him he brings a wealth of strongman training, sibling rivalry and great competition experience.

Give him a few weeks to settle in with us, but soon he'll be available for strongman specific PT sessions. 🏋️‍♀️🏋️‍♂️
