It was an absolute pleasure to teach these wonderful mum's and their gorgeous babies!

Dear new mum
Please be kind to yourself and allow yourself to feel exhausted. It is ok. And you and I both know that this humongous task of growing the child inside you was just the beginning.

Scientists have found that the most physically demanding challenge the human body can endure is not running an ultramarathon.

It’s pregnancy.

Over nine months, a woman’s body undergoes a transformation that is almost impossible to compare to anything else.

The heart enlarges and pumps up to 50% more blood.
The lungs function with reduced capacity as internal organs shift, making breathing more difficult.
The brain literally rewires itself — forming changes that can last for years — to better connect with and protect the baby.
By the third trimester, sleep becomes fragmented, similar to chronic insomnia.
And the body creates an entirely new organ: the placenta, which consumes more energy than the brain.

This is not just a “beautiful phase.”
It is an extraordinary physical undertaking.

Yet mothers are often told to “stop complaining” or to “enjoy every moment.”

Pregnancy is not only about glow and anticipation. It is about endurance, strength, discomfort, and exhaustion — long before the baby is born.

The world tends to romanticize it.
But the truth is, pregnancy is one of the most complex and demanding processes the human body can experience.

And it should never be taken for granted.

A little guide about your baby's communication development.
Remember, even though it's hard crying is also communicating and needs responding to. ❤️

🗣️💗 Baby Speech Milestones: From Newborn Onwards 💗🗣️

Did you know your baby starts communicating from day one? 🥹
Even before words, your little one is learning how to connect with you every single day.

👶 0–1 month: Crying, tiny sounds, turning toward your voice
😊 2–3 months: Sweet coos and smiles (“oooh”, “aaah”)
😂 4–5 months: Babbling, laughter, playful sounds
🍼 6–7 months: “Bababa”, responds to their name
👏 8–9 months: Copies sounds, understands simple words
🧸 10–12 months: First meaningful words like “mama” or “dada”

✨ Every sound, smile, and babble is your baby’s way of saying “I’m learning”.
Talk to them, sing to them, and respond often — you are their first teacher 💕

💛 Remember: every baby develops at their own pace.

Tummy Time is so important for your baby's development. It's normal for them to struggle with it to begin with. Start with very short times and then gradually build up.
