As part of my Training to become a Baby Reflexology Instructor I am looking for Volunteers to help me complete my qualification.

I'm going to run group course for 4 to 6 parents and babies on a Thursday morning for 4 weeks. Time and Venue to be confirmed.

I am also looking for someone interested in a 1 2 1 tuition. Time and Dates can be arranged individually.

Christine is a fully qualified Tummy Time Instructor. At Tiny Tickly Tummies we always include Tummy time in our classes and give you easy to copy ideas to take home.

Common Mum-problem: Being too hard on yourself! Showing yourself a little more kindness, forgiveness and compassion can make a world of a difference in your parenting journey.
I'm still learning and find it personally very hard to break with old patterns of perfectionism and control, but I'm making little steps in the right direction and it helps a lot!

Where has the summer gone???
