Global Occupational Health Solutions

Global Occupational Health Solutions We provide a full range of Occupational Health and Employee Wellbeing Services to businesses Resilience makes good business sense.

Our aim is to help companies and organisations support their people. We provide a health and wellbeing service to empower all parties to make positive choices. Even with the most proactive wellbeing services some ill-health is inevitable so ensuring that your staff are supported and are receiving the appropriate care is vital. Providing early, evidence based and robust advice allows managers to support their staff effectively. We provide a case management approach to workplace attendance, signposting individuals to available local services to improve their health, and where appropriate, writing to expedite hospital treatment. Recommendations are written in conjunction with management and individual, ensuring all adjustments, recommendations and support are realistic for each workplace setting.

If your organisation uses noise, vibration, chemicals, dusts, or has staff in safety-critical roles, then Health Surveillance and Fitness for Work medicals are not optional.

They are a statutory requirement — and the HSE is actively checking.

This is where we come in.

At Global OHS, we provide fast, flexible and clinically robust:
· Health Surveillance (Audio, Spirometry, Skin, HAVS, MSK)
· Safety Critical Medicals (including Confined Space, Working at Height, Plant Ops)
· Return to Work & Fitness Assessments
· On-site mobile clinics or local appointments
· Clear, risk-based reporting that actually makes sense
We don’t:
· Over-pathologise workers
· Refer unnecessarily to an OHP just to upsell
· Create barriers between employer and employee
We do:
· Keep you compliant
· Protect your workforce and operational continuity
· Escalate only when clinically justified
· Work around your schedules to avoid disruption and downtime

If you are planning your 2025 Health Surveillance programme, or if you are not sure whether your current approach meets HSE expectations, now is the time to get this in place.

We are currently scheduling:
· Quarterly and annual surveillance cycles
· On-site multi-clinic days (cost-effective for larger groups)
· Individual Safety Critical medicals with rapid turnaround

Two questions to ask yourself:
1. Are we fully compliant?
2. Are we confident we can evidence it if asked?

If the answer to either is not completely — let’s talk.

Don’t leave it until the HSE are the ones asking.

Thoroughly delighted to have been part of this endeavor. Sean and his team have engaged with a wide range of key stakeholders to produce this comprehensive document detailing the role we are employers play in employee health and engagement. It is fantastic to see the importance of and is gaining recognition, both on a local and national scale. The link between good health and healthy work is well documented, however, this report details the finer nuances and advises of a more strategic and pragmatic approach to health. By empowering employers and making health not only an attractive incentive but also giving control over to the employer means employers and employees alike become more accountable for their health. Involving cross-partnership working through primary care, occupational health, and the leisure industry ensures a more holistic approach to health is considered. All round a rather top effort to all those involved. Here's to making it happen in practice!

This is an entire week dedicated to the importance of Occupational Health Services in the workplace.

So lets get this conversation started and get awareness building.
To start the week off, we wanted to answer a frequently asked question:
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐨𝐜𝐜𝐮𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡?

It's a simple question but not always a simple answer. OH services are varied and wide-ranging, so to help, we have created a comprehensive document outlining what OH is, its uses, and its aims.
