Welcome to my Yoga classes suitable for all ages and fitness levels!
Yoga is the most wonderful practice for mind and body. Not only does it help improve strength, balance and flexibility, it is great for spine health, posture and back pain.
If you are suffering with anxiety, stress or depression then Yoga is definitely for you!

My classes are all about inclusivity, there is something for everybody, no matter what your aliments are or if you are a complete beginner. Yoga is for everyone.

• Mixed Yoga: A dynamic blend of standing and floor-based poses designed to build both strength and flexibility. Perfect for those wanting a well-rounded practice.

• Yin Yoga: A gentle, floor-based practice that focuses on deep stretching and stillness. Ideal for improving flexibility, relieving tension, and calming the mind.

• Chair Yoga: A supportive and accessible option for older adults or anyone with limited mobility. This practice allows you to enjoy the benefits of yoga in a safe and comfortable way.

• Men’s Yoga: Specifically tailored to the male body and ideal for beginners. This class helps improve flexibility, strength, and balance in a relaxed, judgment-free environment.

Upcoming Yoga courses cost £63 run for 7 weeks and begin the week starting 13th October.
