“It’s the shared passion we all have for end-of-life care. No two days are the same, but every single one of us gets up and does this for our patients.”

“When I was out in the community, it was being there for people in the hardest chapter of their lives – sitting with them, letting them cry, helping them laugh again, or giving family members space to be a daughter or wife again, not just a carer. Now, as a care manager, I love supporting both our patients and our amazing team.”
