Hello, I'm Dee Holbourne, my Acupuncture clinics are held at:
Inspiration Acupuncture c/o Beauty Oasis, 7 High Street, Burnham-on-Sea, TA8 1NX. I help people with a variety of complaints and I have a particular interest in mental and emotional health care. Acupuncture is a safe and effective treatment and is used to help a wide range of conditions, from relieving osteoarthritis pain to nausea and vomiting, tension headaches and dental pain. Acupuncture is supplemented by other Chinese Medicine techniques of cupping and Moxabustion. I have studied a Bachelors degree (BSc hons) in Acupuncture. I am a member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC) and I adhere to their Codes of Safe Practice and Professional Conduct. This includes compliance with continuing professional development, health and safety regulations and insurance. Blue Monday (the 3rd Monday is January) is often talked about as the “most depressing day of the year,” but it isn’t based on real science. It was actually created as a marketing idea by a travel company to sell holidays during a slow time of year.

There’s no formula that can tell you when you should feel low — emotions don’t work like that. If today feels good, you’re allowed to enjoy it. And if it doesn’t, that’s okay too. You don’t need a label or a date to justify how you feel — and you’re absolutely allowed to be happy any day of the year.

I know… we say it every year but we just need to remind you that Blue Monday was in fact made up by a travel company to sell more holidays 🥲
