A wet and windy day didn’t stop the fun at KCH today! 🌧

This afternoon was all about karaoke, dancing and listening to our favourite tunes. 💃🎤

Music is so beneficial for our residents - it boosts mood, encourages movement, sparks memories, and brings everyone together. ✨

A house full of music, laughter and toe-tapping fun! ❤️

We were delighted to welcome Chris back again - who entertained us all with some well loved songs. 🎤🎼

There was lots of singing along, smiling faces, and great memories shared.

Such a joyful and uplifting performance - especially during this wet winter weather! ❤️⭐️

🧩 A Puzzle Worth Celebrating! 🧩

We’re so proud of one of our lovely residents at KCH who has completed this challenging 1000 piece puzzle - and what a beautiful result it is! 👏✨

It certainly wasn’t an easy one and along the way there were moments of teamwork, with fellow residents and staff lending a helping hand. But through patience, determination, and a lot of hard work, she stuck with it until the very last piece was placed.

Puzzles are fantastic - they help keep minds active, improve concentration, support memory, and encourage social interaction. 🧩

Now comes the big question… do we really have to take it apart? We’re thinking of framing it!

And the best part? She’s already started her next puzzle challenge - proof that determination never rests at KCH. ❤️☺️

✨What a lovely afternoon today at KCH! ✨

We enjoyed a cup of tea and a spot of karaoke, reminiscing over some much loved old songs. There was plenty of singing, lots of smiles, and even a few dance moves along the way. Moments like these are truly special. 🎤☕️

✨A special visit at KCH ✨

On Monday morning, we were delighted to welcome the Mayor and the Town Cryer to KCH!

The Mayor spent some time chatting with the residents about their Christmas plans, sharing smiles and festive cheer. Meanwhile, the Town Cryer brought a wonderful sense of tradition, ringing the bell and creating a truly memorable moment for everyone. ✨🔔

A big thank you to both for making our morning so special. ✨❤️

✨🎅🏻We’re feeling very Christmassy here at KCH 🎅🏻✨

On Thursday afternoon we were delighted to welcome the lovely Serendipity Singers to our home, they filled the home with beautiful Christmas songs and festive cheer. 🎤🎼

We thoroughly enjoyed the music and the wonderful atmosphere it created.

It’s been a busy few weeks here, with lots of entertainment, laughter and special moments - the perfect way to lead up to Christmas. 🎄☺️

🎄✨Christmas Cheer at KCH✨🎄

Yesterday afternoon we were delighted to welcome the wonderful singer Maria to KCH again, and what a treat it was! 🎤🎼

Maria truly brought the Christmas spirit with her, singing a selection of beautiful festive songs that filled our home with joy and cheer. She even dressed up for the occasion, which made the afternoon feel extra special.

Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the performance and left feeling happy, festive and full of Christmas cheer.
