Email From a NOK whose mum passed away this year. Well done team. We are very proud of you.
Just wanted to give some feedback on the care provided to mum last year.

From the first interaction in July, the communication was great, and it felt like everyone cared and wanted the best for my mum.

There were very rarely any issues and if there was anything, a phone call or message from me was enough to ensure that things were promptly dealt with.

Mum loved the carers and certainly had her favourites, and it was lovely that a lot of the time she had the same ladies who visited her. It meant that they could all build up a relationship and rapport which I felt was important. As you can imagine, I wanted the best for mum and you all provided mum with the best care. She had had not such great experiences with previous companies but with Kare Plus she felt like the carers cared about her and it was a weight off my mind to know that she was being looked after when I wasn’t around.
