CHOOSE WISELY - if you're eating patterns are irregular and/or you buy, store and snack on rubbish the negative impacts on your brain builds up. It actually screws up your ability to think properly or think positively.

If you eat clean & healthy and hydrate properly for a period of time and then eat junk food you will literally experience a confusion & conflict in your brain - your focus & concentration goes completely out of whack!

It's true - if you eat crap regularly and you're in that state 24/7, you 'think' you have a mental health problem caused by your surroundings, friends or family (or job). It's important you realise it's not those things - in the right state of thinking those things can be dealt with using communication & solution thinking.

Your brain needs good fuel to function right. It's actually down to your food choices and how it's limiting your brain to function properly.

Not to mention the foods you eat (or have eaten over the years) become the very cells of your body.

GIVE UP or GIVE MORE - if you're serious about achieving an aim or objective when things get tough or you don't get the results as fast as you think (because it will happen) - What will you do?

THE TRUTH - Your personal development/positive change journey (Mind, Body & Soul) is littered with failures, downfalls, shortfalls, traps, t***s, and disappointments - it's the same for everyone and you need these for two IMPORTANT stages:

Stage 1 - Change begins when you've realised YOUR current limits

90% GIVE-UP at Stage 1 because it's hard or it hurts
10% GIVE-MORE and move to Stage 2

Stage 2 - Real Change occurs when YOU DECIDE to become limitless because you've had enough of the OLD YOU (Fat, Loser, Negative, Complainer, Poor, No Energy, No Money, Sick all the time, Addicted to Sympathy etc etc whatever you are/were)

WONDER - Love it or not, Dubai is a special place if you want to be inspired by CREATION (and beaches). One of the most stunning buildings I've ever seen (alongside the Taj Mahal) is the Burj Khalifa - it's simply jaw dropping.

It took six years to build the Burj Khalifa with modern technology and the other Wonders of the world have taken even longer, the Taj Mahal took 20 years to complete.

Someone, somewhere was a visionary in these projects but just as important as the vision is the steps towards realising it. Team effort combined with individual action, repeated daily.

You may look at the world and see haters, criticisers and those that want to knock you down but remind yourself of this - it's your journey and you have response-ability and you are a creative force i.e. keep going and inspire those that are looking for beacons of light (even if they don't know it yet)

✅ LEARNING - SH*T happens, you can't control what life throws at you but you can take the time to reflect and learn. Mistakes and Mishaps are fine.

HUNTER - When you're going to do something, just do it.

3 Top Tips:

1. Know what you want and get that tunnel vision - this means you are so hyper-focused you can see nothing else apart from your goal & your success. Everything else fades into the background.

2. Develop selective hearing - this means you block out the haters on the outside and the inside. You only need the positive can-do dialogue. If you don't get it from your friends & family, give it to yourself (DAILY)

3. Be Courageous - don't be afraid to run alone or with a smaller pack. Not everyone is going to understand or even go with you. That's OK if you know what you're doing.

BEAUTY - I LOVE THIS TIME OF YEAR - Days are longer, outlook is bright, flowers are blossoming. It boosts your mood being out - people are smiling more and there's a lovely feeling of excitement & optimism.

Definitely feeling those vibes even more so this year as things start opening up after what feels like a long time of being locked down.

GRATITUDE - I read a stat yesterday that suggested negativity (emotions, people or situations) can have such an impact on us that you need 5 POSITIVE'S to balance it out and recenter yourself.

It's easy to forget the great things we've achieved in different areas of our lives so let's take the time to be THANKFUL and look around at all the GREATNESS inside us and outside us. In fact we can even take it one step further and spread POSITIVITY through our words and actions towards other people.

TURBULENCE - Not every journey is going to be smooth, sometimes headwinds (unexpected) hit you and either slow you down or shake your belief. It's easy to go with that negative energy and drop or even crash & burn BUT REMEMBER THIS - When a plane hits TURBULENCE, IT FLYS ABOVE IT!

HABITS - They can make or break you. Habits are simply repeated behaviours that either work for or against you but it all starts with the Mind.

In order to get on top of habits you must learn to control your mind otherwise sure enough your mind will control you. You might think that's not a problem but if you're surrounded by negativity and haters, guess what your mind will be telling you? You got it, it will be stopping Positivity and Successes before you even begin.
