My anxiety levels were through the roof yesterday, so we went for a little leg stretch 🚶‍♂️.. Coco was re-homed through Pendle Dogs 🐶

He’s a lovely little fella but at times a ‘little’ scared of the big bad world 🌎 He’ll get there ❤️ Like we all do 🙏

Anxiety doesn’t just come from the negatives, some don’t understand this 🤷🏻‍♂️ but that’s fine.. It’s just the way that it is for many.. Chat about that later 🤔
