I have had so many clients asking about dry cupping recently, so let’s talk 🤲🏼

Dry cupping is a pain free treatment that aims to stimulate healing. This method promotes healing and recovery by increasing blood flow, aiding the removal of toxins and reducing tissue pain. Although marks are created on the surface of the skin, no blood is extracted. Marks can last from 2-14 days and will fade depending on each individual. This is a great addition to a sports massage to target treatment areas.

Rheumatology placement ✅✅

After 6 weeks working with rheumatology patients, yesterday I completed my second placement for uni. I have learnt so much from seeing and managing a range of inflammatory conditions and I got to spend my last day in theatre watching surgery 👩🏻‍⚕️

I will be opening my appointments back up over the next few weeks as my second year at uni comes to an end.
