I just want to wish all my students, past and present and the ones who come to (along with my private clients) a very Merry Christmas and prosperous New Year.
I love teaching each and every one of you; you allow the power of yoga to help you through difficult times as you navigate life. I love what I do and it makes me so proud to look out at the sea of faces (quite often serious 🧐 ones - well you are concentrating 🤭) and see your shapes move and change.
I’ll see you all in 2026, until then keep breathing Julie xx
