A reminder from someone in the treatment room every day 👇

To the women showing up confident — dancing in the kitchen, singing in the car, owning their space — you’re doing more than you realise. You’re showing younger women that confidence doesn’t need permission.

To the parents sharing the chaos, the early mornings, the messy dinners — thank you for showing real life. Real bodies, real routines, real exhaustion. If it doesn’t resonate, scrolling is free.

To the couples sharing connection, laughter, and consistency — it matters. Healthy relationships and support systems play a huge role in physical and mental wellbeing.

To the small business owners packing orders late, juggling clients, training, life — this is what discipline looks like. Building something from nothing takes resilience, patience, and graft. I see it every day.

And to the new mums documenting recovery, sleepless nights, and emotional check-ins — I see you. Postpartum recovery is real, layered, and deserves honesty, not pressure.

From an Kinetuc Therapy perspective:
Bodies don’t thrive under comparison, shame, or constant pressure. They thrive under support, consistency, and confidence.

Let’s stop being triggered by other people’s joy and start respecting the process — in life, in recovery, and in business.
There’s enough negativity out there already.

Almost winding down for Christmas, but an emergency service worker needed treatment following a work-related car crash.

They presented with significant whiplash and movement restriction. Kinetic Therapy treatment highlighted areas of restriction — the redness shown is a normal response and helped restore movement.

The client left feeling looser with a noticeable reduction in pain. Always happy to support those who spend their time supporting others, even this close to Christmas.

💪 Shoulder Pain That Wasn’t the Shoulder!

This client came in with rotator cuff pain — but the real issue was the bicep.
I released tight fascia and muscle restrictions along the bicep and shoulder.

The redness you see is a normal response, showing increased blood flow and tissue activation.
After treatment: no pain , better movement 🙌

This young rugby player on the pro pathway had been struggling with back and knee pain for a while — nothing seemed to help. He’d been to see a chiropractor with no relief
After finding and treating restriction in his IT band, his mum messaged:

According to her, my business — Jackie Whittle Kinetic Therapy — is basically this:

🧴 “Mum rubs oil on people and scrapes them with metal bars until their pain runs away.”
💪 “She’s got one bar just for necks, and another for the rest of your poor muscles.”
💍 “You have to take off your jewellery or it’ll go rusty. Obviously.”
⏳ “It takes 30 to 60 minutes, depending on how broken you are.”
🟣 “You’ll get bruises, but it’s fine — they disappear in 7 to 8 days.
