What we had
Full-thickness ACL tear → The anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) is completely torn.
Intact PCL → The posterior cruciate ligament is fine.
Grade 2 MCL sprain → The medial collateral ligament is partially torn (moderate sprain).
Lateral meniscus tear → There’s was complex tear in the back third of the lateral meniscus (cartilage on the outer side of your knee) — some parts are displaced near the root, meaning the torn fragment has moved a bit.
Bone bruising → From a pivot-shift injury mechanism, which is common in ACL tears.
No cartilage or bone damage → The joint surfaces and patella (kneecap) look healthy.
What we did 18 months of hard work
