✨ Floating Sound Bath – Important Info ✨
Saturday 10th January | Dunkenhalgh Spa

Just a quick note for anyone attending the Floating Sound Bath this Saturday:

🕗 Please be poolside and ready for 8:00 p.m.
🚗 Free parking – just enter your car registration at spa reception.

🌊 Temperature update:
The spa is currently experiencing some temperature issues.
The water is around 27°C (normally 30°C) and the air around 28°C (normally warmer), which may feel a little chilly if you’re lying still on a float for an hour.

👉 I strongly recommend wearing leggings/tracksuit bottoms and a sweatshirt or long-sleeved top over your swimwear.
You’re also welcome to bring an extra towel or blanket.
The spa has kindly offered the use of their robes if needed.

📸 I’ll be taking photos and short videos during the session.

Happy New Year to you all; me and my little family spent our New Year in Wells with my lovely niece and nephew-in-law and their young son. So we were fortunate enough to take a walk up on New Year’s Day. The weather was bright and fresh at ground level but Oh. My. God was it blowy when we were up there!! Definitely blew away some cobwebs and I took the opportunity to have a scream to release some lingering Christmas stress. So our trip to the heart chakra of the earth was definitely worth it as I feel clean and fresh and ready to face 2026! 💚
