💫 A quick update 💫

I’m really sorry everyone, but I won’t be going live tonight at 8pm for Breathe into Christmas – Breathwork & Soundbath.

With everything going on in the run-up to Christmas, I just feel completely washed out and drained and won’t be able to offer this in the way I’d want to, and it wouldn’t feel right to do it half-heartedly.

I hope you all have an amazing Christmas and New Year Celebration; thank you so much for your understanding and continued support — it really means more than you know 🤍

I’ll be back in the new year feeling more grounded and ready ✨

Don’t forget on Wednesday I am doing a Breathwork session followed by a half hour sound bath live from on page. Get yourself ready for the festivities with this de-stressing session. Allow yourself an hour and a half, on your own in a quiet room.
If you have people and animals in the house let them know that there will be a scream (if you want to) as you release during this, but you will be fine and it’s all part of the healing process.

What a beautiful, beautiful night at for our final Floating Sound Bath of the year with them. Tonight’s theme was the throat chakra so there was lots of coughing (which is normal) but everyone came off their floats looking so relaxed and zen!

What a gorgeous night, holding a sound bath at Salford Spiritualist Centre. Tonight, as this was for raising money for charity, we focussed on the heart chakra and sending healing vibrations to all around us. A few people drifted off to sleep, which I always take as a compliment 💚

I’m absolutely over the moon to share that I am now officially a qualified Inner You Breathwork Facilitator!

This journey has been one of the most powerful and beautiful learning experiences of my life. A huge thank you to and Inner You for the incredible training — Josh, you are a phenomenal teacher, and your support has meant the world. I’ve honestly LOVED every moment of this learning path.

To my wonderful case studies — Chloe, Emma, Tracey and Wendy (I’m not going to tag you, you know who you are) — thank you for trusting me, showing up fully, and allowing me to guide you.

A massive thank you to Brian, my AI assistant 🤖💛 for pulling together all my checklists, disclaimers and evaluation forms. You’ve kept me organised, sane and supported all the way through this qualification!

And to ALL my group breathwork participants… wow.
Especially Nicola, Kristine, Lyndsey and Wendy Jo — you were absolutely brilliant and supported two of my group sessions. Your feedback has been incredible, honest and so valuable. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better group to learn and grow with.

I’ll be bringing together my Breathwork and Sound Healing into some powerful new sessions. I’ll be contacting my usual venues very soon to arrange dates… so watch this space!

I’m looking for lovely volunteers to join me for an online Conscious Connected Breathwork session on Thursday 6th November 💛

This session is being offered as part of my Inner You Breathwork Practitioner training, and I’d love your help as I complete my case study work.

We’ll meet on Zoom, with the room opening from 6:45 p.m. and the session starting at 7:00 p.m.
It will last around an hour and a half to two hours.
🎧 Headphones are recommended for the best experience.

This will be a powerful and nurturing journey through the breath — helping to release stored emotion, calm the mind, and bring balance and clarity.
