2025 - I had a reduced clinic with allowing myself to spend half the year on maternity 👶🏼
2024 - I had over half the year on heavily reduced clinic hours with an awful pregnancy 🤒

But 2026… I’m excited to give my all into my little business, really push for growth and help just as many of you as I possibly can!

This morning I did my 25th parkrun, and got a PB! 29:41 🏃🏼‍♀️

I’ve been enjoying my running journey, and chatting to all you big runners when you’re in for your sessions 💆🏼‍♀️

Good afternoon everyone, here are the stats from this morning’s parkrun and a special mention to Andy Bradley volunteering for the 200th time this morning. We also hit 900 different volunteers so thank you to everyone who has ever volunteered at Burnley over the years. We would love to hear your volunteer stories

✨ A polite reminder regarding cancellations and no-shows ✨

During periods such as half term, where my hours are ad-hoc, I occasionally open appointments outside of my usual hours. This means arranging and paying for childcare, and preparing the clinic — including heating and setup — specifically for those booked sessions. It also means often I rearrange my personal plans to fit around booked clients.

When a client cancels at short notice or worse, does not attend, these costs and preparations are still incurred, and the appointment cannot be offered to someone else.

Please remember that my full cancellation and no-show policy is available on my website and applies to all appointments.

Thank you for your understanding and for respecting the time and resources that go into providing a professional service. 🤍
