Your mental health is much more than just a label or a diagnosis and therapy offers so much more than just talking. It can give you new understanding, new insights, a different perspective, clarity about a problem and the way forward. It can teach you skills to live your life better, teach you more healthy coping strategies or simply give you the space and time for self reflection and a place to find peace of mind. With over 20 years experience, I take a tailored approach to your care, offering many different techniques and modalities, so together we can formulate a plan that works best for you.

WE ARE DELIGHTED to welcome a new associate therapist to Burnley Counselling Services, BENJAMIN DRYER.

Based in Salisbury, but working online, he offers hypno-psychotherapy and psychotherapeutic counselling providing a supportive and thoughtful space for clients to explore what may be troubling them.

He is known for his warm, approachable style, working with openness and without judgement, helping clients feel comfortable talking about difficult experiences at their own pace.
