Creative Arts Health Activities led by Neil of Colourful Memories.
Join our exciting partnership with Colourful Memories and discover the joy of creative arts and health activities in a welcoming, supportive environment.

These sessions are open to adults of any age who may feel lonely, have special educational needs, disabilities, or social anxiety.

Each session is led by Neil, a caring and qualified Arts-Health Practitioner (M.A. Distinction) with over 40 years’ experience in the arts. Neil is also an experienced carer who values patience and supports every individual’s unique ability and interest.

This is a wonderful chance to relax, connect with others, and explore art and activities. It doesn’t matter if you’re not creative – Neil will help you develop your confidence and skills, and what you accomplish might surprise you.

📅 Sessions run every fortnight, next session 11th March 2026, 1pm - 2.30pm

Looking for a calm, creative space this Easter? Join us for fun filled mornings brimming with art, crafts and creative activities, reading and games in a friendly welcoming environment. Children can explore our creative spaces, cosy reading nook, indoor and outdoor games like giant Jenga, badminton and more – with the option to join in activities like archery too.

We’re delighted to share that the books have now been delivered and distributed to our local community organisation, helping to put stories directly into the hands of children who need them most.

We're working with to help distribute over 400,000 books to children in disadvantaged communities this .With thanks to National Year of Reading -all-in-2026 and World of Books for their support.
