We’re busy getting everything ready for tomorrow’s Easter celebration! 🐣🌷

This morning, we had lots of fun decorating some delicious cupcakes, and this afternoon we’ll be adding the final touches with our Easter decorations ready to welcome you all.

On arrival, residents will be enjoying a special Easter afternoon tea-style lunch, and relatives are very welcome to join in and make it even more special 💛

Games will be available from 1:30pm, followed by live entertainment from Gerry Dean starting at 2:00pm 🎶

We can’t wait to celebrate with you all! 🐰✨

Yesterday was Palm Sunday and today we did a nice little crafting session to mark it for our residents. We coloured and decorated some leaves, drew round our hands, and stuck them on a paper plate to make a wreath. We finished them off by sticking a Palm Cross to them. Some of our residents have even popped their creations in their windows too ✝️🌴⛪️

This is the rescheduled Comic Relief Event, but Easter themed 🐣
The fabulous Gerry Dean will be joining us at 2pm for some entertainment too, so there’s something for everyone to enjoy ♥️

We can’t wait to welcome everyone to our Easter Egg Hunt this Saturday afternoon! 🐰🥚 It looks like it’ll be an indoor adventure this year, don’t want any eggs blowing away in the wind! 💨🤣

This morning, some of our residents got into the Easter spirit with a cheerful colour-by-numbers picture. ♥️

Later, a few residents requested a scenic tour around Pendle. While I was driving so no photos were snapped, the views were absolutely stunning! 🌄

This afternoon we decided to move the minibus trip to this afternoon because it’s supposed to be horrible weather tomorrow and for the rest of the week!
We went for a drive around Pendle and decided to stop off at a place called the cabin at the bottom of Pendle Hill ⛰️
Was a lovely afternoon, and it was nice to get out to celebrate our Renee’s birthday ♥️

We made the best out of the situation and still celebrated Comic Relief Day by crafting our very own red noses! 🎉🔴

Everyone involved said it brought a smile to their face, and we shared plenty of laughs in great company — which is exactly what Comic Relief is all about ❤️

A lovely reminder that it’s not about perfect plans, but about coming together and spreading joy ✨
