🌟This means I have the highest recognised qualification for practicing reflexology 🌟

My extensive training means I can offer hand, foot, & ear (auricular) as well as facial reflexology.

I also specialise in fertility, pregnancy and baby reflexology 👶

Whether it’s a bit of relaxation you are looking for or an ache, pain or health issue you need help with, I have you covered! 🤩

As a member of the recognised body the Association Of Reflexologists (AOR), this means you can claim back the cost of your treatment through your health insurance or work policy.

I didn’t get chance to take the photo of them peering in and watching but they seemed to enjoy the relaxing music 🎶

If you’ve not had this treatment before and intrigued what it is, this is what the candles look like.
Cotton or muslin cloth soaked in beeswax scented with honey 🐝 and herbs 🪴

Not only a relaxing experience but also offers a number of health benefits. These candles have been particularly popular at the moment to help combat blocked sinuses 🤧 due to hayfever. Also great after flying to help regulate ear pressure ✈️

The passenger riding beside me this morning to a mobile baby reflexology appointment, my demonstration doll 👶😄

So lovely to finally meet the baby after so many months of treating mummy 🤰

I demonstrate on the doll so mum or dad can follow what I’m doing on their own baby. This then gives them the confidence and techniques to carry out a reflexology treatment on their baby anytime they should need it.
Today I demonstrated massage and reflexology techniques to help with colic and reflux issues 👣

How lovely it was to be gifted a ‘takeaway present’ from the new parents. Musk perfume and chocolate. A traditional practice when coming to see a new baby 👶

Such a beautiful sunny day in Plymouth celebrating my sons passing out parade in the Royal Navy ⚓️

I’m one proud momma ⭐️ 10 weeks have gone so quickly but I have missed him so much ❤️.

I get to spend Easter with him now until he’s off again on his next phase of training.
