A shout out to Tracey from Citizens Advice chatting about Benefits, Energy and Andrea Benefit of movements with Yoga, Meditation and Cia Tia , Q Gong , Yoga , Dance , Pilates, Meditation and Dance
Chiballs offers something for the whole body , emotional, balance and much more for an overall well-being.
Our group was really chilled 💚

Singalong at Magnolia Friends Burntwood 💚 🎶
Singing is highly beneficial for people with dementia, improving mood, stimulating the brain, preserving memory, and facilitating social connection, even for those with speech difficulties.

Autumn 🍂 & a warm glow this weeks activity was a little messy with the glue. The end results was worth it.
We celebrated Carol & Malcom wedding anniversary and Keith birthday 🎂
Magnolia Friends have got an amazing team of volunteers.

Colouring can improve mood, reduce stress, stimulate the brain, and enhance fine motor skills.
The activity offers a calming and being creative, encouraging self-expression and a sense of accomplishment while having meaningful interaction with each other in the group.
