Hi All.
I sometimes catch up with clients who maybe haven't had treatment for a while.
They promised themselves maintenance to keep on top of those achy shoulders or bad back to stop it returning, but it's forever nagging and getting you down, just like it did before.

Lifestyle and work gets in the way, or they sometimes feel a little embarrassed to message or call because it's been so long and I get that.

The everyday stresses of life, wheather it's work or family related, maybe it's hitting the gym or road will take it's toll on your body and sometimes it breaks down and may take longer to heal if it's not seen to.

Remember to take time for yourself. Don't forget, if your body is feeling good your mind is right in tune. There is nothing like the feeling of great wellness.
I'll say to both old and new clients, don't hesitate to contact me, even if it's been a while, there's no judgement or embarrassment, it just makes sense !

🥳HOORAY ! 🥳

At long last the countdown has begun...SIX more sleeps before FULL FUNCTION MASSAGE THERAPY can open back up again.

The lockdown has taken it's toll on our bodies both physically and mentally.

There has never been a better time to get back to some kind of normality with a good MASSAGE whether it's for an injury, aches and pains from working at home or you’re one of our amazing frontline workers. If your body is feeling good, your mind will follow suit!

Hi all,

Delighted to say we will be opening on 27th July as per the Welsh Government announcement. 🎉

Bookings will be taken for this date onwards so please message me and I’ll do my best to accommodate you.

I will be following strict Government guidelines and allowing plenty of time in between clients to ensure the room can be fully cleaned and disinfected. I will be restricting the amount of appointments per day due to this, to ensure safety for all.

Good Evening,

Thank you for bearing with me during these times, I hope you are all well and keeping safe. I have had many phone calls during the lockdown period and I know many of you are in need of a treatment. As soon as I am allowed to open, I will update you on here and personally.

As yet, no dates have been confirmed, but I am compiling a list of customers who have been in touch and would like to be seen as priority. If you would like to be added to a waiting list, please drop me a message or comment below and I will add you. Once an opening date is confirmed, I will contact you to arrange an appointment that best suits you.

I am open for short consultations over the phone, so please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions about a treatment or an issue you may be experiencing, and I will always do my best to help.

This is an unprecedented and stressful time and this can certainly add to any pre-existing issues you may have. Just a reminder that massage therapy can have a huge impact on anxiety and will help to manage stress related problems.

I have always maintained high standards with regards to cleanliness in my treatment room, and risk assessments have been put in place to ensure health and safety of my clients is a priority.
