Life is full of ups and downs. Each day brings a new opportunity to live and fulfil our dreams.

We can find our own ways to live life each day, make beautiful memories, have everlasting relationships with people and have positive approach to deal with problems of life.

So today’s little tip of the day is to embrace the present moment. Take a deep breath and appreciate the world around you.

Whether it's the warmth of the sun on your face, the sound of laughter from a loved one, or the simple pleasure of a quiet cup of tea, these moments are the threads that weave the fabric of our lives.

Remember, it's often the small, seemingly insignificant experiences that leave the biggest impact on our hearts. So, pause, cherish the now, and let gratitude fill your day.

Su***de is a complex issue needing a multifaceted approach, including awareness, education, and support. As a society, we must prioritise mental health for ourselves and our children.

Here are steps to take if you're worried about someone:

Raise awareness to prevent su***de.

Follow the “shush” method.

Encourage the use of art for emotional expression and coping.

Remember to show care for others and yourself every day.

😌 Calm the Chaos: Self-Regulation Tips 😌

Here are some simple techniques to help you, your children or the children that you care for or teach to calm the chaos:

1️⃣ Deep Breathing: Encourage your child to take deep breaths in through their nose and out through their mouth. This helps them relax and focus.

2️⃣ Take a Break: Sometimes a short break can help refocus. Suggest activities they enjoy, like drawing or using a fidget toy.

3️⃣ Stretching: Simple stretches can relieve tension. Have your child stretch their arms, legs, and neck to feel more relaxed.

4️⃣ Mindfulness: Help your child practice mindfulness. They can focus on their breathing and observe their thoughts without judgment.

5️⃣ Positive Self-Talk: Teach your child to use positive self-talk, such as "I can do this" or "I am calm and focused."

6️⃣ Exercise: Physical activity reduces stress and improves concentration. Encourage a short walk or some jumping jacks.

7️⃣ Calming Music: Listening to calming music can promote relaxation. Have your child listen to their favorite calming tunes.

🎨 Art Therapy: Don't forget about art! Doodling, colouring, and art therapy can significantly help your child "calm the chaos."
