Our Athletes Performance Package (APP) is now LIVE🤩

What is our APP?
Our detailed performance package will test all of your main peripheral joints for muscular strength and imbalances. Your dominant side compare to your non-dominant side. Our elite knowledge having the ability to correct your imbalances, tailored specifically to you, whilst comparing your results to normative data and backed by research🧑🏼‍💻🤓

🤷🏼‍♂️Why APP?
Muscle imbalances alter joint biomechanics which significantly increases injury risk by placing excessive stress on joints, tendons, and muscles.

Excessive loading and insufficient recovery increase risk of gradual breakdown at the cellular level.

Addressing these asymmetries through targeted, corrective exercise is crucial for preventing long-term damage.

📦What the package consists of:
- Up to 10 hours worth of muscle strength and imbalance testing
- A 6-8 week strengthening programme (dependant upon individual needs and imbalances)
- Pre, during and post strength testing giving you live results within seconds
- A personalised, tailored imbalance correction programme, designed specifically to your needs whilst being adapted and monitored throughout the 6-8 week programme.
- A recovery sports massage

🏃🏼‍♂️WEEK 1/18.

First week of my 18 week training block leading to Manchester Half in May✅

It started off with a benchmark run - 3:42/K into a 7K 🏃🏼‍♂️
Friday - 5.5K of treadmill hill sprints.
Sunday - 13K easy run (with great company for the first 5K🤩).

Finished off with the sharing roast platter from - would seriously recommend. It’s all about balance and that, right?😅

Wondering how I’m going to fit the training around playing football semi professionally 3 times a week and working 3 different jobs? Yeah me too😂

The year I graduated with my first degree and a year I spent following my current employer around Europe looking like a member of Jedward. Then travelling the world with my best mates, editing photos awfully, all whilst listening to Drake - One Dance on repeat. How good😂😂

Our strength testing has just gone up ⬆️ a level here at clinic📈

From measuring muscle strength, muscle imbalances and range of movement whilst giving you figures that you can see within seconds😍

As always, we’re putting something together behind the scenes to use this fantastic bit of kit from so you guys can maximise your performance, but unfortunately you’ll have to wait until 2026 whilst we fine tune it😅🤩

If you’re not testing, you’re guessing.
