acupuncture today for right shoulders, stress and headaches in derby

i combined both TCM points and western acupuncture to ensure the traps and levator scap were the main focus whilst getting the beneficial relaxation and qi movements throughout the body too!

the client also received back massage to begin with and whilst the needles were left to do their magic, had some attention on his hamstring too!

- 14 needles
- 25mm over back and around scapula angled
- 40mm to target deeper into traps horizontally
- needles were left in for 25mins
