(I highly recommend checking out Louise's page, she offers classes in different areas and puts on some incredible retreats 🧘‍♀️🤩).

Getting a few finishing touches ready for this evening, where I'll be collaborating with Louise - from Louise Fox Fitness I'll be ending the Yoga & Pilates session with a soothing and relaxing Sound Bath.

If you are wondering why the sweets?
When I went to my first Sound Bath over 10 years ago, facilitated by John and June Shapter (their Sound Baths really were the best of the best!! ✨️).
After each session, John would come around and give out boiled sweets or grapes, I always went for the boiled sweets. I found and still do that they instantanly help to bring me back into the present moment and ground me back into my 5 senses.
It's also a good excuse for a little treat 😉💝

There will also be grapes as an alternative 😊

✨️ Celestial Energy Healing Treatment ✨️

🕊 A Celestial energy healing treatment is very similar to a Reiki treatment. I worked with Reiki for 11 years before moving on and expanding into other energy modalities and frequencies. These include Angelic, Elemental, Planetary and others—all of which I have attuned to over the past seven years and continue to practice and work with.

🕊 Each individual frequency carries its own intelligence and healing signature. I also weave in the relevant sound frequencies if I'm guided to. Using the Koshi Element chimes, tuning forks, and crystal singing bowls - using these natural vibrations deepen the resonance and integration of the healing.

🕊 The session is experienced in comfort - lying on a comfortable treatment bed, wrapped in soft blankets, surrounded by gentle sounds and sacred frequencies. It’s a space where your nervous system will be deeply soothed, and you’ll experience a sense of stillness and peace.
