Whatever reason you book in at the Calm Cabin I always start with a short mindfulness breathing space.
Reiki Healing is for 60 minutes(£30.00) Indian Head Massage and Reiki Light 45 minutes (£25) IndianHeadMassage is 30 minutes(£20.00).Allow yourself another 30 minutes to settle before and after your treatment. I never book back to back appointments.
