From the 3rd November you can now use Total Triage through the NHS App!💙📱

Accessing care just got even easier. Here’s how to use Total Triage with the NHS App:

1️⃣ Open the NHS App on your phone or tablet
2️⃣ Go to your GP practice services
3️⃣ Tap "Contact your GP about a health problem"
4️⃣ Fill in a quick form – for medical issues, admin requests, or health advice
5️⃣ A clinician will review your request and get back to you with the right care

✅ No phone queues
✅ Safe and secure
✅ Reviewed during GP working hours

Whether you've quit, started again, or switched to vaping, it’s vital to let your doctor know. Why? Because smoking directly affects the treatment and management of long-term conditions like:
