This November, we’re coming together as a studio to take part in Mind Charity’s 30 Days of Yoga Challenge — supporting mental health, mindfulness, and movement every day.
What’s it all about?
For 30 days, we’ll show up on our mats, finding stillness, strength, and connection, while raising awareness and funds for Mind, an incredible charity supporting mental health across the UK.
What you’ll gain by taking part:
This challenge isn’t just about daily yoga — it’s about nurturing your mental wellbeing, building consistency, and feeling supported through community.
You can use a combination of:

Together, these elements will help you deepen your practice, reconnect with yourself, and feel part of something truly meaningful.

On Sunday, 30th November, we’ll host a special community gathering and celebration day.
All proceeds from any classes on the timetable that day will be donated directly to Mind, marking the end of our 30 days of mindful movement together.
