Group day so I’m prepared 👍Two of my fav kitchen gadgets (as well as my airfryer). Beef casserole with carrots, onions, potatoes and a Swartz beef casserole mix in my slow cooker. I have leek and potatoes in my soup maker with a vegetable and garlic stock pots. Lovely comfort food for a chilly day xx

In the blue corner jdseasoning balti curry mix with chicken, onions, peppers and mushrooms. In the red corner Swartz hot chilli con carne with onions, mushrooms, chilli red kidney beans in chilli sauce, two tins of tomatoes and 5% minced beef of course. Two fabulous healthy meals for the next couple of days (and beyond!)

‘People ask me if I’ve used weight loss drugs or had surgery. I’m proud to say I did it with Slimming World’ 💖.

Make some noise for Claire! She lost a jaw-dropping 18st 7.5lbs (117.7kg) and is our Woman of the Year 2025 👑🌟!

At her heaviest, Claire felt at rock bottom. Her weight affected every part of her life, and though she longed to start a family she couldn’t conceive 💔. Hoping to lose enough weight to have IVF, Claire joined Slimming World – and just nine months later, she’d lost 8st 7.5lbs (54.2kg)… and conceived naturally!

Fast forward to now, and Claire has two gorgeous children and a healthy and happy future with them ahead 🤗.
