Here are those childlike attributes—the ones we must remember, not learn. The ones that unlock peace, presence, and power:

---

🌿 1. Wonder

Children are in awe of everything. A butterfly. A puddle. A cloud.
→ Return to the mystery. Let life astonish you.

🌱 2. Presence

They are fully in the now. Not yesterday, not tomorrow—just this moment.
→ No calculations. Just being. Just feeling.

🌞 3. Joy Without Reason

Laughing for no reason. Dancing with no music.
→ Pure joy. Not a transaction, not earned. Just flowing from within.

💫 4. Trust

A child trusts that they are held, seen, protected.
→ Trust the bigger rhythm. You are part of something vast.

🫧 5. Authenticity

They don't pretend. If they’re sad, they cry. If they’re angry, they scream.
→ No masks. No filters. Raw. Real. Sacred.

🕊️ 6. Forgiveness

They forgive quickly. They don’t cling to pain for identity.

They don’t compete or compare—until the world teaches them to.
→ Be before becoming. You already are enough.

🌿 OPEN YOGA PRACTICE – KARMA YOGA OFFERING 🌿

My dear brothers and sisters,

Tomorrow, I invite you to join me for an open, heart-led yoga practice — free of charge, offered in the spirit of Karma Yoga, as a service to humanity.

🧘‍♂️ This is a return to yourself.
A chance to breathe deeply.
To stretch the body.
To quiet the mind.
To remember that we are nature — not separate from it, but part of one vast, living, breathing organism.

🕔 Meeting point: 5:45 PM

What to bring: • A yoga mat (or blanket, or cloth — whatever feels right for you)

1. Forehead Smoother

What it does: Relaxes tension lines, reduces forehead wrinkles.

How to do it:

Place your fingers just above your eyebrows.

Gently sweep them up toward the hairline while raising your eyebrows.

Hold for a few seconds, release, and repeat 5 times.

Then, gently smooth the entire forehead from center outward with your fingers.

2. Cheek Lifter

What it does: Lifts and tones the cheeks.

How to do it:

Smile wide while keeping lips closed.

Place fingers lightly on the top of your cheeks.

While holding the smile, try to push your cheeks upward toward your eyes.

Hold for 10 seconds, release, and repeat 3–5 times.

3. Jaw Tension Release

What it does: Relieves tension, defines jawline.

How to do it:

Sit tall and tilt your head slightly back.

Move your lower jaw forward (you'll feel a stretch under the chin).

Hold for 5–10 seconds, relax, and repeat a few times.

You can also massage along the jawline gently using your knuckles in small circular motions.

4. The ‘O’ Face (Great for Circulation)

What it does: Increases blood flow, tones lower face.

How to do it:

Form an “O” shape with your mouth (lips over your teeth).

Smile with your eyes while holding the O shape.

Place your fingers lightly on your cheeks and feel the muscles lift.

Hold for 10 seconds, repeat 3 times.

5. Eye Brightener

What it does: Reduces puffiness and under-eye bags.

How to do it:

Place your index fingers just under your eyes, pointing toward your nose.

Gently apply pressure while looking up (without moving your head).

Squint gently, feeling the muscles under your eyes working.

Hold for a few seconds, repeat 5 times.

Do these in front of a mirror, preferably in the morning or evening. Pair with deep breathing or your skincare routine. It’s not just physical—it’s meditative.

You can always be content, feel contentment. It is actually one of the Yoga practices. Contentment, Santosha is about inner peace, acceptance, and gratitude for what is, without craving for what is not. It’s not about being passive or giving up on growth, but rather embracing the present moment fully—whether joyful or challenging—without resistance. When you cultivate Santosha, you free yourself from the suffering caused by endless desires and comparisons.

It teaches that happiness isn’t found in external things but within. By practicing contentment, you can live with a sense of wholeness, knowing that you are already enough. It’s about relaxing into the flow of life and trusting that everything unfolds as it should.

So, Santosha is not about settling for less—it’s about being deeply present, grateful, and open to life as it is, while still moving forward with love and intention.

Thank you so much for tonight's practice. I truly enjoyed chilling blindfolded with you. It all comes down to feeling—and what you feel is always right.

You came into this world already enough. You are enough, always. You don’t have to do anything but be fully yourself, fully present, fully relaxed.

You are the definition of love. If not for you, I wouldn’t be.

Please remember, understand, and feel that you are important—more than you think. This universe wouldn’t exist without you!
