1. Forehead Smoother
What it does: Relaxes tension lines, reduces forehead wrinkles.
How to do it:
Place your fingers just above your eyebrows.
Gently sweep them up toward the hairline while raising your eyebrows.
Hold for a few seconds, release, and repeat 5 times.
Then, gently smooth the entire forehead from center outward with your fingers.

How to do it:
Smile wide while keeping lips closed.
Place fingers lightly on the top of your cheeks.
