Well it's arrived, the new Raspberry and Blueberry flavour Formula 1 tastes amazing. Can't believe this stuff is good for you. Reminds me of lots of things from my childhood (Nesquik, Angel Delight, etc). It has no artificial sweetener or colours and it's suitable for vegetarians too. When made with 250ml milk it's 18g protein, 4g fibre, 1/3 of your daily intake of Vitamins and minerals and all for 225 Calories. What's not to like?
