Total Transformation Company Fitness, habit and fat loss coach I have been a qualified Personal Trainer since 2002 and have had my own successful Personal Training business since 2004.

During that time, I have helped hundreds of clients both in group and 1-2-1 sessions to achieve their goals. My speciality is in helping people to lose weight via a combination of lifestyle and behavioural changes and effective fitness training sessions; all the time with an emphasis on creating a plan that fits in with my clients busy and often complicated lifestyle. I have a real passion for changing people’s perceptions of what healthy eating really is and I have taught my nutritional plans to clients worldwide via online training groups and more locally with fat loss seminars. I hope to be able to bring these nutritional plans into Fundamental Fitness and help even more people achieve their goals. Well we’ve hinted a little at the festive season but it feels like Christmas has come early today at Knights with the delivery and installation of our brand new Reformer Pilates machines from Align!

Exceptional high quality British made and made of Canadian maple wood, we are more than excited to offer Reformer Pilates classes to you as part of your health and fitness journey.

The classes incorporate mat based Pilates principles of breath work, precision and alignment along with spring weights on each machine to give the benefit of extra resistance. The classes are for a range of all abilities and aids to help with full body strength and spine stabilisation.

We are very proud to have Charlotte and Phil as our experienced Pilates teachers at Knights. They will ensure your safety in addition to being suitably challenged with their expertise and smiles.

Together, both Charlotte and Phil have a combined Pilates teaching career of 25 years. And as we celebrate today with the new arrivals of Reformer machines, we also would like to congratulate Phil, who qualified 20 years ago this week! Phil shared the story with us that on the same day of his Pilates Teacher exam, his wife Claire, also went into labour with twins!

Consistent weight loss is hard. Often because we try and do too much, too soon.
Eating less, exercising more changing the foods you eat, all whilst trying to build more steps into your life can be so difficult if done all at once.

The Habit Breaker challenge is a fresh approach. Lets slowly change your lifestyle by taking your two worst dietary habits out of your life and then carefully building healthy habits back in.
After we have done that, you have the choice of moving onto Foundations where we create a calorie deficit and manage your hormones to allow you become a fat burner not a fat storer. We do this by slowly acclimatising the body to the changes. We don't rush it.

If you’re struggling with losing weight, sticking to a plan and then keeping it off, then I’ve got something for you that I’ve been working on for years. It really helped me back in the days when I struggled to lose weight. Then when I struggled to transform the shape of my body.
I was trying hard with the little things but neglected the big things, my bad habits and then replacing them with healthy habits.
The minute I changed this, things started falling into place.
Starting on Monday I’m going to be working with a small group of people for free to share how it can be done.
How you can change a feeling of despair and lack of motivation into a new, happier, healthier you. All without stopping eating the foods you love and without doing lots and lots of exercise.

40-45 percent of our actions are habits which we don’t even think about.
So if the majority of your habits are bad for you, you’ll likely feel bad.
If the majority of your habits are good for you, you’ll probably feel good.
