Tomorrow (8th October) we will be saying goodbye to our lovely Practice Nurse, Rachel Hughes, as she moves on to pastures new.

Rachel has been part of our team for 8 years, during which she’s carried out an incredible 21,385 appointments with 5,841 different patients. 👩‍⚕️💙

Her kindness, professionalism and dedication have touched so many lives, and she will be greatly missed by both patients and colleagues alike.

Please join us in wishing Rachel every success in her new chapter thank you for everything you’ve done for our community. 💐
