Polite reminder - if you are unwell, please refrain from coming to see us until you are better.

❤️ Protect yourselves - whilst you are under the weather you are more susceptible to picking up other things too.

❤️ Protect your fellow patients - some conditions & medications make them more vulnerable.

❤️ Protect the staff - the service cannot run without us.

Something a little different yesterday - a staff wellbeing wreath making workshop!

We showed up, we chatted, we laughed, we attempted to make a wreath....

Not entirely stress free, a little challenging, no where near perfect results but hey we were away from screens, immersed in nature and doing something for ourselves- practicing what we preach!

Evidence below - maybe we should stick to the day job! ❤️🤣
