How you feeling? 💚

Amazing actually! This week has been absolutely fantastic for the Team, we did a huge event where local influencers came at their store. We were warmly welcomed by Lisa and her team and boy it was AMAZING!

The store itself is absolutely gorgeous, with a huge set up on the shop floor but also the wellness suite 😍 gosh that was like a little bit of heaven!

We all had a fabulous day, everyone worked so hard and the city of Cardiff is now in LOVE with Sea Magik 💙

My Mum was diagnosed with cancer just over a year ago and it gave me a serious kick up my fat ass to stop making excuses, be active and accountable for my own health!

So a year ago I started "The Journey" absolutely hate that word but it really has been one!

365 days - 1 whole year!
1.2lbs loss a week - 63 lbs in a year - 4.5 stone in one year!
