- Sauna sessions in collaboration with
-Zumba with the fabulous

We’ve absolutely LOVED all of these events and have loved the opportunity of working with other small businesses ❤️ here’s for what’s to come next!

One of the biggest challenges when coaching groups is making sure the people who are capable aren’t missed.

It’s easy to focus on the regressions or the people who need a bit more support — and they absolutely should get it. But it’s just as important to make sure the ones who can do more, are doing more.

That’s what this week is about — identifying who’s ready to be pushed, who needs refining, and making sure everyone’s being challenged at their level.
