IT Outage 12/5/25 12:00

We still have no access to our clinical systems or telephone lines.

We ask that patients contact 111 in urgent need but please inform them that your GP practice has no IT access so that they do not redirect you back to us.

Please do not call or attend the Surgery unless you have been asked to do so by a member of our team.

Pharmacy are able to assist you with prescriptions which have already been made up for collection but cannot make up any new requests or deal with repeat prescription requests today.

We thank the vast majority of our patients who have been in contact today who have been understanding but ask for your ongoing patients. The staff are doing their best in extremely challenging circumstances and we sadly have to remind you that rude or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated.

Thank you. We will provide further information if and when we have it.

12/05/2025

Please note our clinical system has gone down (this is a Suffolk wide problem) we are currently unable to book appointments or answer calls.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and hope the system will be back up and running very soon.

12/05/2025

Unfortunately, a significant number of GP practices’ IT systems are currently not working.

This includes phone and online connections.

We are working to resolve this with great urgency. If you have life threatening conditions, please dial 999 or if you are experiencing medical issue and need support or advice, please call 111.

We'll update as soon as possible.
