Reflexology, you say… a foot massage, right?

But how can it really help me? Does it actually do anything?

Well, it does work — and it works wonders! But how will you know unless you give it a try for yourself?
Through applying specific pressure and movements to specific points on your feet (and hands & ears), reflexology targets different areas of your body, organs, and systems, that helps release tension and promote overall relaxation. Relaxation, is more powerful than we give it credit....when you relax, your body enters a state of homeostasis—the optimum balance where your body is most capable of healing and rejuvenating.
Why is reaching homeostasis so important?
Homeostasis is your body’s natural state of balance, where everything functions efficiently and harmoniously. Reflexology encourages your body into this state by promoting relaxation and reducing stress—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Creating the ideal conditions for your body to heal, recharge, and thrive. After all, we’re often told to rest when we’re feeling unwell. Reflexology gives your body a helpful push towards that healing rest.
What about my overall well-being?
When your body is in balance, your mind is more likely to follow. A calm mind means less anxiety, improved mental clarity, and a boost to your emotional health. Reflexology nurtures your body, mind, and soul, encouraging mindfulness, vitality, and a deep sense of well-being.
We all need wellbeing and relaxation in these challenging times - DM me to experience the power of reflexology for yourself.

Did you know how Reflexology affects your body?

Improved circulation also means more oxygen reaches the vital organ systems, optimizing their functioning and further increasing metabolism. The deliverance of oxygen through the body also results in faster healing and re-growth of damaged cells.

Reducing headaches
Relieving tension in the muscles often relieves patients of stress-induced migraines and headaches.

Boosts energy
Reflexology sessions can improve the functionality of many organs in your body, which would result in higher metabolism, which in turn helps create more energy in your body.

Eliminates toxins
By improving blood circulation, reflexology can improves bladder function. This can result in a more efficient system of eliminating toxins.
