🌟 November… what a month for our Friday Slimming World family! Together they lost 404lbs, that’s 28.5 stone!🌟

I’m so proud of every one of my amazing members. Last month you’ve celebrated brilliant weight losses, hit personal milestones and collected a whole range of shiny awards. From first half stones to Body Magic and target achievements. 💪✨

November isn’t always the easiest month, but you’ve shown incredible commitment, positivity and teamwork. You’re stepping into December feeling lighter, brighter and full of confidence and I couldn’t be prouder!

My son has recently completed a Slow Cooker course with Realise Futures and today took charge of cooking dinner. He proudly used the gifted The Crockpot Brand cooker.
It was a 10/10. This curry was banging!
