Nick Armstrong literally putting his best foot forward today!… I say “best foot” as his other foot is in a special shoe for the next few weeks after both breaking and dislocating his big toe.

That’s not going to stop him taking care of our families though. 🦶🏼🦶🏼

🌟 Memorial Christmas Tree 🌟

Our Memorial Christmas Tree is now in place at our premises.

We invite you to visit and honor the memory of loved ones who are no longer with us.

Wooden message tags are available in our office for you to write a personal message or tribute. These can then be placed on the tree, creating a meaningful symbol of remembrance.

Our thoughts and prayers are with all bereaved families during this season of reflection and love.

How stunning is this. ❤️

Our new Advent wreath is now hanging above the Nave Altar. Made by local metalsmith Steve Jones, this beautiful artwork has a steel framework just over 2m diameter covered with hundreds of copper and stainless steel leaves which are maintenance free and will reflect the light. Four large Advent candles are mounted on the wreath, which is hung from the Edmund crown using a series of chains. The whole assembly, which weighs around 120 kg, is hoisted into position using cables attached to the two winches mounted high in the tower. This demands real skill on behalf of the verger coordinating the winch radio controls! A huge thank you to Steve for this lovely artwork.

Super proud of these 2 today, running 5k & raising money for St Nicholas Hospice Care. A fantastic festive atmosphere, lots of encouragement and support. Well done to everyone!

And a special well done to Royna Hill who we had a hug with! 😍
