So This is the last gong bath at Rattlesden this year. We are moving from the year of the snake into the year of the horse. So this means the energy is intense as we are being asked to shed everything that no longer serves us. It is also a 9 year in numerology so situations are ending and doors that were once open to us are now closing as the energy completes and lessons are learnt.

Lets close those doors together and set our energy to be open to the right opportunity and people in 2026.

It was such a lovely session yesterday, and it gave everyone time to just relax and let go.

We don't often stop and give ourselves time to just be, so taking these little moments to rest and replenish in this very busy world is simply priceless.

After nearly 10 years of doing this work, it still fills my heart to see people showing up for themselves. So thank you 😊 🙏.

It's been a couple of months since I ran a gong bath at Rattlesden, so I am excited to see you all this Wednesday at 7.30 pm in the Pavilion. Remember it's quite dark in Rattlseden, so torches are always good to carry just in case.

Don't forget the nights are cooler, so bring mats and blankets to lie on as well as to keep you covered and warm, as well as pillows, bolsters and anything else to make you as comfortable as possible. 💖

Who's coming to a gong bath soon? It feels like an age since I've done one 🤣 🤔.
I'm looking forward to being back in the tomorrow for the Earth Star gong and .and.glow_wellbeing studio on Friday followed by Rattlsden Pavilion on Wednesday 12th Nov.

Just in case you have missed my dulcet tones 🤣, I have had the privilege of being on the podcast, along with the lovely , and we talked about the different cycle phases that women go through every month.

Personally, I am in the witch phase (perimenopause), and it is a struggle to know where I am in my cycle. What I have learnt while in the Red Tent ceremony, is that perimenopausal and menopausal women should follow the 4 phases of the moon instead. 🌙
