Honoured to be at Bury St Edmunds Rugby Club Today!

Incredible atmosphere this morning as we came together to cheer on Kevin Sinfield, a true sporting hero whose compassion and endurance continue to inspire the nation.

Kevin is taking on yet another unbelievable challenge — seven ultramarathons in seven days — all in support of Motor Neurone Disease (MND) research and treatment. His dedication is nothing short of remarkable.

Today’s first leg, from Bury St Edmunds to Ipswich, is especially meaningful as it pays tribute to former Ipswich Town striker Marcus Stewart, who is bravely living with MND.

Wishing Kevin strength, safe miles, and the loudest cheers as he sets off on this incredible journey. What a privilege to witness the start of something so powerful and so full of heart.

Let’s get behind him and keep spreading awareness for MND. 💙

Huge Congratulations to Jade One of Our Amazing Theatre Staff!

We are incredibly proud to celebrate the outstanding achievements of our colleague, who only began training this year—starting in March 2025—and stepped straight into the Novice category, completely skipping the beginners level. She began competing in May 2025, and what a year it has already been! 💪🔥

In just a few months, she has achieved all of the following:

🏆 Battle for the Island 2 – Iron Islands (Suffolk’s Strongest Woman, Novice Level) – 1st Place
🏆 Norfolk’s Strongest Woman (Combined Categories) – 1st Place
🥈 Deadlift Competition – 2nd Place, with the biggest lift of the entire day, even beating several of the men!
🥈 Soham Strength Challenge – 2nd Place (Purple ribbon)
🏅 Steel vs Stone – Push Pull Competition – 1st Place (Red & white ribbon)

Her rapid progress, determination, and incredible work ethic are truly inspiring. Achieving this level of success in such a short time is nothing short of phenomenal.

And she’s not stopping now!
