Therapy has become a way of life for many of us, it can provide us with a wealth of support and self understanding. It can give a secure stable relationship in times of stress and uncertainty. As a qualified integrative counsellor I offer a one to one counselling service based in Feltwell. I also offer Skype/telephone/Email counselling sessions for those who are unable to travel. Counseling can help with issues such as Depression, Anxiety and Stress, Loss of Confidence or Low Self Esteem, Bereavement and loss,Traumatic experiences, Emotional, Physical or Sexual Abuse, Work difficulties, Relationships problems,Separation and / or divorce recovery, Self Defeating behaviours and patterns. As each person is different and as such I use a variety of approaches. If suitable, I offer clients the opportunity to work with Art materials/Buttons/sand play, as well as “Empty chair work” which can often assist the healing process. I may work with Dreams and Images or relaxation techniques to aide the therapeutic process. Qualifications:

There is something very special about finding the place you should be!
