🚨‼️ Safety in aesthetics is key. 🚨‼️
We all like a bargain, but paying or receiving treatments from unqualified unethical practitioners is on the rise and here are my tips to minimize the risk to your face, your body and potentially your overall health.
1….. Research your chosen practitioner. They may or may not be medically trained. Either is your choice as long as they have been properly trained and practice safe treatments
2….. Make sure the products being used come from a registered licensed pharmacy. Why would anyone risk injecting themselves or someone else with products from online sources that they have no evidence of safety or of a guaranteed product.
CE marked products have been properly and rigorously tested for your safety!
3…… Make sure the practitioner is trained to know what to do if there are any adverse events. Check reviews. I respond to any queries or follow up concerns, within a few hours even over weekends and bank holidays. I am a nurse 1st and my clients safety will always be my priority. Things can go wrong but if you are a responsible practitioner you will be able to deal with this promptly and ensure a positive outcome. Emergency kit with EpiPen, hyalaise to dissolve filler if needed and especially in an emergency. Advanced CPR trained.
