Second Chance Stroke Club The "Second Chance Stroke Club" was started by stroke survivors who want to improve there well being.

we have our own physiotherapist, organise cognitive activities as well as speakers, entertainment and outings every Tuesday morning. Donate funds to help the club here:

Great presentation from Norfolk Blood Bikes at group this week. They are a charity with volunteer bikers who run emergency blood and other medical supplies from Addenbrooks and other hospitals around the country during 'out of hours'.

As usual, an essential service but run by volunteers at no cost to the community.
